Our technical team is highly specialized and is prepared to support our products, as well as UNIX, Novell and Windows. Our VARs will continue to benefit from services such as on site installations, telephone support and operating system software maintenance.

Our hours for technical support are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 (EST; GMT -05:00).

There are many ways to receive technical support from Descore. You can either send in a Technical Services Form online, fax, e-mail or phone us with any problems you have regarding the products we sell. We are a dedicated team willing to give you a helping hand.

To help us respond to your questions, please include your name, company name, a return phone number, serial number, product/version, operating system, error message(s), and a detailed message. Our technical team will do its best to answer your questions in an efficient manner.
